Tracy and Matthew were released from the hospital on Saturday evening. The transition home was an easy one. Here are a few final pictures of the family in the hospital.

He keeps getting cuter and cuter. Keep us posted, Lisa. Maybe one day Tracy will be able to post some herself! ha ha. It is great to see new pics!
